Differently Abled (Special) Children are almost a Neglected Segment of our societies.

Dare-to-Care (D2C) Center of Special Education & Skill Development Hullar Syeddan Bagh AJK, established on self-help basis by the local community in 2018 is currently taking care of more than 27 such differently Abeled children of District Bagh.
D2C needs our Financial & Moral assistance for further enhancement of its quality services in the future.
